Hell hath no fury like a Winter Love Island contestant dumped from the show.
First-one-out David Salako has been shooting his mouth off since he was cruelly axed, and we are HERE for it. Let's call it 'doing a Coco Lodge from now on'. Icon behaviour.
The biggest (only?) drama on the show so far surrounds Olivia Hawkins and Zara Lackenby-Brown who have BEEF that seems dispraportionate to the amount of time they've known each other.
During a game of beer pong, Zara declared Olivia to be the most "two-faced" person on the show, which is harsh and intriguing in equal measure, if they don't know each other.
Furthermore, at the recoupling, Zara 'stole' Tom Clare from Olivia, who claimed to have felt "mugged off" by the whole situation.
And, in a tearful row by the day beds, Zara said to Olivia, "Do you really think I'd fly all the way to South Africa just to piss you off? Get over yourself," which is just a bit much.
Fans smelled a rat, and Twitter was alight with claims the two knew each other already.
One person tweeted, "Personally, I think Zara and Olivia are friends. And them fighting is a plan to bring drama in the villa."
Another declared, "Zara and Olivia still pretending they never knew each other outside the villa?" to which another viewer responded, "I forgot about this imagine they are playing a whole game."
And now David has claimed that the rumours are true.
Taking to TikTok, David addressed a fan, who questioned, “Did Olivia and Zara talk about that they knew each other outside the villa?”
Spilling the tea, David, said, “Yeah, this is something that was discussed in the villa, so, they told everyone; I think Zara told everyone that she knew Liv, and Liv confirmed.”
To be fair, there's no rule that says Islanders can't know each other before they go in - Gemma Owen and her actual ex-boyfriend Jacques O'Neill, anyone? Ooh, and Jack Fincham meeting his ex Ellie Jones in Casa Amor which drew an enormous number of Ofcom complaints for upsetting Dani Dyer - but why the big secret from viewers?
What's that coming over the hill? A mutual ex of the love rivals (they're both fighting over Tom for some reason - seriously, how long can 'being 6ft 5' be a personality trait?). Now, that would really put some pep on the series' tail...
