Last night's Love Island was pretty explosive and it ended with Hugo Hammond throwing major shade at Toby Aromolaran.
During the recoupling it was the boys turn to chose who they'd like to pair up with and after Toby picked bombshell Abigail Rawlings, Hugo decided to recouple with Chloe Burrows.
But it was Hugo's speech that got everyone talking, "[Chloe] doesn’t deserve to be treated how she has done this past 24 hours and I firmly believe that a lot of this 'test' stuff is complete b-llsh-t.
"You [Chloe] deserve someone who is honest and communicates with you."
And it's safe to say that Hugo's speech divided some of the Islanders and the viewers as one person tweeted, "Nahhh Hugo did the right thing. Someone had to say something to Toby🙄🙄 I’m not team Chloe but let him back his friend. If someone did this to my friend guns blazing #LoveIsland".
Another commented, "Wasn’t Hugo the one telling Toby it’s ok to crack on with someone else and where was this energy for Kaz? My man is using his bredrin’s name to move to gyal. Nastiest player in the game. #LoveIsland".
Someone else said, "I am so team Hugo. That guy is a legend. He obviously likes Chloe and Toby treated her like she meant nothing to him. I'd have called him out for being the child that he is too. #LoveIsland".
One more added, "I’m still thinking about Hugo’s speech sorry, and what's really mad is that he was actively encouraging Toby to dash Kaz for Chloe with zero regard for Kaz but now history’s repeated itself suddenly he’s doing up feminist #LoveIsland".
If you think about it, when Chloe entered the villa as a bombshell, she instantly turned Toby's head from Kaz Kamwi and Hugo actually encouraged Toby to go for it... Isn't that exactly what Toby has done again but this time with Abigail?
Also Hugo, who has friendzoned every girl who has expressed an interest in him, said he believes the Islanders reasoning they need to be tested in the villa is "b-llsh-t", but he's not actually been put in the position to get tested so how would he know?
However in Hugo's defence, Toby's actions did leave Chloe in tears and it resulted in her ending things with him despite the fact that it was Toby that wanted to get to know Abigail. It's not fair that he kind of left Chloe to end things even though it was his head that had turned.
Toby should have told Chloe ASAP that he was going to get to know Abigail and he could have even ended things with her, but he didn't.
However even though viewers and some of the Islanders cheered Hugo on for his speech - has Toby actually done anything wrong? After all, Love Island is all about finding love and if Toby isn't 100% sure on his relationship with Chloe then surely he should get to know the other people in the villa.
Again, he did the exact same thing with Kaz and at the time Chloe and Hugo didn't seem to think it was a problem but now that he's done it again with someone else there's an issue?
AND Toby wouldn't be the first Islander to get to know other Islanders even though he appears to be in a happy couple.
Remember Wes Nelson dumped Laura Anderson for Megan Barton Hanson? Mike Boateng dated Leanne Amaning, Sophie Piper, Jess Gale and then coupled up with Priscilla Anyabu.
Even Tommy Fury got to know Maura Higgins despite being in a couple with his now girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.
Plus Love Island is a TV show and the more drama you're involved in during your time in the villa, the more screen time you're likely to get. And if there's one thing we've discovered about Love Island is that you might not find love but you'll definitely gain a bit of fame.
So, has Toby actually done anything wrong? After all, the aim of Love Island is to find someone and potentially bag £50k. He is actively trying to find someone and that could result in him getting further in the competition...

During the explosive recoupling Hugo chose to stay in a friendship couple with Chloe instead of picking bombshell Georgia Townend which meant her time in the villa was cut short.
However she's hint that Hugo may actually be interested in two of the girls that's already in the villa.
"I’m not sure why there wasn’t a spark [between us]," she began.
"I think he holds a candle for Lucinda and Chloe… I think perhaps unless he’s honest with himself and really goes for that, he’s not going to even explore other options and he just wants to protect his friends and make sure they’re ok, which isn’t a bad thing, it’s just obviously in this instance it’s at my expense."
"Maybe he doesn’t really know what he’s looking for."
Hmm.
