This season of Love Island has been a rollercoaster; we have never met and lost so many bombshells and Casa Amor babes in such a short amount of time.
Ellie Spence was one such Islander who joined the villa alongside Spencer Wilks on day 10 and spent just over two weeks on the show before being dumped on day 26.
Since she left the South African villa, Ellie has not held back when it comes to talking about the drama that went down during her Love Island stint. We've now heard about the fight between her and Tanyel Revan, and Ellie has also said that she "lost a stone through stress."
Chatting on her YouTube channel, Ellie spoke candidly about her struggles on the dating show and we appreciate the honesty, as sometimes we can forget how tricky it is to be stuck in one villa with strangers while you attempt to build a romance.

The blonde bombshell confessed, "I think it was a combination of the heat and the stress. My parents could see through the TV that I was going through a hard time with the girls, even though it wasn't aired."
"What I will say though is that the welfare team there and the producers and everyone on production and everyone on the Love Island teams are good."
The producers offer a duty of care for our Love Island guys and girls and, ITV have previously advised that “comprehensive psychological support” is provided throughout their experience on the show.
Ellie went on to explain, "You get asked every day 'Are you eating? Are you drinking?' They keep really really close tabs on you."
Former Islander Amy Hart who appeared on Love Island 2019 struggled with similar issues when she took part in the show especially after her split with Curtis Pritchard.
Amy went into detail about heranxiety around food and how her mental health suffered and admitted, "ITV stepped in and made me eat as the psyche was watching me all the time."
