We get that Love Island is all about finding love, in theory that is, but we must confess that there are elements of the process we could do without.

Don't get us wrong, we are all about romance and affection here at Closer Online's command post but we can't be the only ones who turn the volume down just a tad when the Islanders start making out.

A cute little kiss we are all for, and you know what? We don't even mind when they go in for a full on make out session, but we swear the producers turn the microphones up as soon as they start locking lips.

Although they neither confirmed nor denied this theory, recently dumped Love Island 2024 Islanders Patsy Field and Munveer Jabbal did reveal who loves a big 'ole kiss when they popped by Closer for a post-Love Island catch up,

"We could hear a few sloppy snog noises," Patsy began and that sentence itself set the scene.

"Actually, funny enough, always Ciaran [Davies] because Harriet [Blackmore] and Ciaran early on."

Is it just us or did everyone else forget that Ciaran and Harriet were ever a thing? He's so loved up with Nicole, and Harriet has been ranting about Ronnie Vint for the past week, we forgot that those two also hooked up.

"Then Nicole [Samuel] and Ciaran," Patsy added. "So Ciaran's just been a busy boy, hasn't he?"

Busy boy indeed. Oh, to be a Welsh rugby player in the Love Island villa.
