Love Island fans were sad to watch Amy Hart make the decision to leave the villa last week after being left heartbroken when ballroom dancer Curtis Pritchard dumped her.
The air hostess said that she was putting “herself and her sanity first” by making the decision to walk out of the show.
But now, Curtis’ brother – Strictly dancer AJ Pritchard – has revealed that Amy has messaged him on Instagram since leaving the show.
Speaking on talkRADIO, AJ revealed, “She spoke to me. She sent me a message actually afterwards and said she feels like she knows the family and she could only praise Curtis about being honest.”
AJ went on to add that there are no hard feelings and he is looking forward to meeting Amy this week.

AJ, 24, has revealed that he believes his younger brother behaved in a “harsh” manner to Amy – who had believed Curtis was her “first love” after coupling up with him on the first week of the show.
But their romance came to a dramatic end after Curtis found his eyes strayed while Amy was over in Casa Amor. Amy, who was preparing to tell the ballroom dancer that she’d fallen in love with him, was left devastated when she found out Curtis had been eyeing up another woman while she was away.
Last week, after a brutally honest conversation in which Curtis said he couldn’t promise he wouldn’t stray again, the pair split and Amy later made the decision to leave the Villa.

“I was in a very horrible place over the last week, to be told that the gloves were off with Maura and I had to ‘brace myself’, like a storm. I knew I had to leave when I did,” she told The Sun.
“I’m kidding myself thinking that I can watch Curtis cracking on with Maura. It would be self-sabotage.”
Since her departure, Curtis has found himself embroiled in a love triangle with Irish Ring Girl Maura and new contestant Francesca.
