Their brand new workout studios, dedicated to the cause, stimulate all the senses with state of the art light and sound systems, creating an immersive experience. The ‘Heart’ studio is site of fitness dreams with classes including PULSE (a high intensity workout which will challenge you both mentally and physically, as well as releasing feel-good endorphins) and the unique Drums Alive, which is essentially an aerobic workout which uses fitness ball and drumsticks. Intrigued yet?

The trainers and instructors are so lovely and will help you push yourself to find an inner strength that you didn’t know you had, making sure you leave each class feeling proud of what you’ve managed to achieve and hopefully giving you a glimpse of how fun exercise can be.

By contrast, the ‘Soul’ studio, is an oasis of calm, complete with natural wood and plants, perfect for the yoga, pilates and silent stretch classes taught there. Allow yourself time to breathe and tend to your inner wellbeing during these sessions.

Then, once you’ve ticked off those classes, explore the rest of Ragdale Hall Spa’s facilities or book yourself some more studio time and leave at the end of your stay feeling like the best version of yourself.
