Their brand new workout studios, dedicated to the cause, stimulate all the senses with state of the art light and sound systems, creating an immersive experience. The ‘Heart’ studio is site of fitness dreams with classes including PULSE (a high intensity workout which will challenge you both mentally and physically, as well as releasing feel-good endorphins) and the unique Drums Alive, which is essentially an aerobic workout which uses fitness ball and drumsticks.
