When is Pancake Day 2021?

Why do we celebrate Pancake Day?
We don't just eat pancakes for the fun of it. Pancake Day's also known as Shrove Tuesday, which is the day before the start of Lent, where you can overindulge and eat all the sweet treats you want. Psst, the fasting happens in preparation for Easter.
