Cook up a Steak with Kale, Tahini & Sesame Greens in 30 minutes with The Body Coach - Joe Wicks!

He's the man responsible for getting the UK 'Lean in 15' and now best-selling author and fitness guru Joe Wicks - aka The Body Coach - is back.

Joe's new book, 30 Minute Meals [Bluebird, £20], is packed with 100 tasty and nutritious recipes that promise minimum prep time.

Opening up about his new book, the dad-of-one admitted: "When I started to try and create healthy meals, I didn't even know how to cook an egg properly or which flavours went well together.

"But it's amazing how much you can learn when it comes to cooking techniques and understanding flavours."

How to make steak with kale, tahini & sesame greens (serves 2, reduced carbs)

Step 1

Melt half of the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the kale, courgette and midget trees and fry, stirring regularly, for 3 mins.

Step 2

Pour the hot stock into the pan with greens. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over a high heat and gently lay in the steaks. Cook the steak for 4 mins on each side, turning them regularly as they cook. Remove the steaks on to a plate to rest and season them with salt.

Step 4

Check the vegetables are just tender, then take the pan off the heat. Mix the tahini with the sesame oil in a small bowl.

Step 5

Serve up the greens, topped with the sliced steak, red chilli, sesame seeds and a drizzle of the sesame and tahini dressing.
