The voice of TOWIE opens her big shop bags for Closer.

How much do you spend?

Around £100. We’re not excessive, and I don’t like food waste. My grandma used to say, “If there isn’t any mould on it – it’s fine!” It’s just me and Betsy [aged 14] so I don’t do a massive shop. I like to go in store so I can feel my veg!

Describe your daily diet…

I’m never hungry first thing, so mid-morning I’ll have Greek yoghurt with granola, kiwis and berries. I do a bit of intermittent fasting, if I eat anything too heavy early, I get a slump by the afternoon.

On the weekends, I’ll have scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and avocado, with a drizzle of Ted’s Tingly sauce. As a snack, I’ll have a couple of Sungold kiwis, they’re delicious and you can bite straight into them as they’re not furry!

For dinner, we’re a big fan of the air-fryer, I’ll do fish or chicken with salad – Betsy loves preparing the salad and getting involved. On a cold day it’d be the same but with warm veg and, in winter, I make a massive shepherd’s pie.

Is there anything you refuse to eat?

I’m not a fan of dill.

Strangest thing you’ve eaten?

I went to the Seychelles and I had fruit bat soup. I didn’t know what it was till I was halfway through it, it was actually nice.

What would you cook to impress?

I make a really good chilli and I’d do a veggie version with Quorn.

Sweet treat?

I love a lemon or mango sorbet.

Zespri®’s deliciously sweet and juicy SunGold™ kiwis are on shelves across selected retailers in the UK.
