Now at a healthy weight for her height of around 10stone, she opens her fridge for Closer...
How much do you spend per week?
Around £250 for, my partner Tom and our son Alife (three).. I go through a lot of fruit and veg and mostly buy organic produce. I shop at Asda, M&S and Aldi.
Describe your daily diet...
I’m a big believer in probiotics so I take liquid supplement Symprove followed by a turmeric and lemon tea first thing. I follow the paleo diet which is low carb and high protein because I put weight on easily. Breakfast is salmon with wilted spinach or an omelette. Lunch tends to be a tuna stir-fry. I'm obsessed with home-made pizzas with of veg on top for dinner. I use Lo-Dough which is a low-calorie bread and pastry alternative. I snack on Hartley's jelly, Koyo dairy-free yoghurt, or small tins of tuna.

Closer nutritionist Juliette Kellow says...
Cath has found a way of eating that suits her but eating paleo-style isn’t for everyone and health experts recommend we include starchy, high-fibre carbs and wholegrains as part of a healthy diet.
As she limits dairy products, she should make sure she gets enough bone-building calcium from other foods. Good choices include fortified plant milks, beans, nuts and green veg.
