The couple have had a challenging few weeks, which have seen Jess worry about her future with Ricky as he delays plans to move in with his longterm girlfriend.
This Sunday’s episode will see Ricky make a grand gesture to his 28-year-old other half and hand her a ‘commitment ring’ in an attempt to pacify her.
The gesture comes after Ricky told UK magazine that he ‘100%’ plans to marry Jess in the future.

He said: “The problem is the show speeds up your life. Everything goes quicker so you feel pressure to make the next move.”
In a recent episode of TOWIE, Jess confessed to mum Carol and Nanny Pat: “I’m moving in on my own and I can’t help but feel sad about it. I should be going home with my partner.”

“It feels weird being on my own. It’s dawned on me I’m not in a position where I thought we’d be.”
She added: “I’m just overwhelmed. Everyone doubts me and Ricky but we are very happy. The only thing we haven’t got right is our living situation.”
