James 'Diags' Bennewith has gone Instagram official with his new girlfriend just days after his ex Fran Parman confirmed she's returning to TOWIE.
Diags has seemingly been single since the end of his relationship with Fran but he recently posted a video on his Instagram Story alongside his girlfriend Sophie Ernoult proving that things are going well.
The pair appear to be in the shower (with clothes on) and while Sophie was posing, Diags cheekily stuck his tongue out at the camera.
The TOWIE star has apparently been seeing his girlfriend for six months and although she often posts pictures and videos of the pair on her Instagram, it seems this is the first time he has posted their relationship on the 'gram.
According to The Sun, the duo first met back in February while they were volunteering in Uganda for The Abode Project - a charity that helps provide vulnerable children in Uganda with long-term opportunities including education.

Let's be honest, it wouldn't be right to have a TOWIE reunion with Joey Essex. He's one of the show's most iconic cast members of all time so we're excited AF to see that he's been filming with BFF James 'Diags' Bennewith.

A lot has changed for Danielle since she left TOWIE. She's now engaged to her childhood sweetheart Tommy Edney and recently gave birth to their daughter Orla Mae. She's been spotted filming for the new series with Chloe Sims so we can't wait to see what they get up to.

Fran Parman has been spotted on set for TOWIE and we cannot wait to see her back with the Essex gang. The last time we saw her was with Diags on Eating With My Ex and they parted ways after discovering they were on different pages.

Mark Wright's mum Carol is making a comeback to TOWIE (we're still hoping her son does).

Jess was unlucky in love on TOWIE (remember when she dated Ricky Rayment?) but things have changed and she's newly engaged.
Earlier this week it was confirmed that Fran would be returning to TOWIE after she was spotted on set.
In 2017, Fran and Diags called time on their relationship following a girls trip to Marbella and although things didn't end on the best of terms, they reunited for Eating With My Ex earlier this year.
During their episode it came to light that they had slept together since their split but towards the end of the episode they decided to call it quits after realising they were on different pages.

Fran isn't the only former TOWIE star making a comeback to the show; the first Essex reality star to confirm their return was Amy Childs.
At the time she said, "'TOWIE 10 is coming, it’s time to get back to Essex' .... IM BACK 😝 @towie”.
Amy will be joined by Joey Essex, Danielle Armstrong and potentially Ferne McCann (she kept her cards close to her chest during our interview with her).
However one star who will not be returning is Sam Faiers who admitted she's "at a completely different stage in [her] life now".
