OK, in news we absolutely needed to hear today - Joey Essex has confirmed he's returning to TOWIE.

The iconic reality star confirmed the exciting news by sharing a video of himself on set with BFF James 'Diags' Bennewith.

And on Diags' Instagram Story he's heard saying, "BOSH. I'm back baby.

"Ten year anniversary. I'm coming back for the series."

We honestly don't know what to do with ourselves.

However, it seems that things are already not going to plan because later on Joey was filmed by Diags saying he's "p-ssed" off because the producers made him take off his Fusey t-shirt.

Obsessed.

OG TOWIE fans will remember Joey's brand Fusey and it's safe to say that it was a success (for a limited time at least) - have you seen his house?

Joey's exciting confirmation comes shortly after Amy Childs and Nicole Bass confirmed they too are returning for the Essex show's 10th anniversary.

And Danielle Armstrong has recently been spotted on set with Joey's cousin Chloe Sims.

However, she's yet to speak out about her return but speaking of making a comeback we've still got our fingers crossed that Ferne McCann will be back on our screens following our latest chat with her...

She was very much the IT girl when TOWIE first started in 2010 and now she's confirmed her comeback on Instagram."'TOWIE 10 is coming, it's time to get back to Essex' .... IM BACK ud83dude1d @towie," she wrote.

She dated Lewis Bloor when she first joined the show but things took a turn and they had a bitter split. Nicole has since dated Aaron Chalmers (after meeting on Ex on the Beach) and Sam Mucklow. Unfortunately Sam quit the show alongside his now pregnant girlfriend Shelby Tribble (who was Nicole's friend). Anyways, we're excited to see what Nicole gets up to on the next series...

Let's be honest, it wouldn't be right to have a TOWIE reunion with Joey Essex. He's one of the show's most iconic cast members of all time so we're excited AF to see that he's been filming with BFF James 'Diags' Bennewith.

A lot has changed for Danielle since she left TOWIE. She's now engaged to her childhood sweetheart Tommy Edney and recently gave birth to their daughter Orla Mae. She's been spotted filming for the new series with Chloe Sims so we can't wait to see what they get up to.

Fran Parman has been spotted on set for TOWIE and we cannot wait to see her back with the Essex gang. The last time we saw her was with Diags on Eating With My Ex and they parted ways after discovering they were on different pages.

Jess was unlucky in love on TOWIE (remember when she dated Ricky Rayment?) but things have changed and she's newly engaged.

We are buzzing about the new series especially after Dan Edgar broke Chloe Sims' heart when he reunited with Amber Turner.

We reckon things are going to be very awkward between him and Joey, especially because he was noticeably absent from Joey's 30th birthday...

We're hoping to see more OG TOWIE stars make a comeback after ITV bosses confirmed we'll be seeing "old and new faces".

We are so excited to get the iconic TOWIE back on people's screens, twice a week, for what is going to be a huge anniversary season," Sarah Tyekiff, head of unscripted for Lime Pictures, said.

"It'll be back with a bang to celebrate 10 phenomenal years with our amazing cast and see the return of some very familiar faces.
