Chloe Lewis may have left TOWIE two years ago but it seems that she's well and truly left Essex behind after revealing her huge family change.

The reality star recently shared a gorgeous photo of herself on a beach in Dubai and admitted she felt sorry for her friends and family back in the UK.

"Feeling really lucky to be living in the sunshine right now but also feeling sad for lockdown back home where family and friends are," she wrote.

She went on to say, "We have to carry on, live life as much as we can and support each other In these uncertain times 💕 Sending my love to everyone ✨."

One of her followers asked whether she had moved or was just escaping lockdown - like the majority of UK influencers and reality stars - but it turns out she no longer lives in Essex.

"I live here with my family 💕," she replied.

And it turns out that Chloe, her boyfriend Danny Flasher and their son Beau, one, actually moved to the UAE late last year.

It appeared that at first they were just enjoying a family holiday in October last year but in November, Chloe confirmed they had moved there full-time.

Lots of her former TOWIE co-stars rushed to support her decision with Chloe Meadows writing, "Good luck have the best time ❤️".

Courtney Green commented, "Have the best time going to miss you".

Georgia Kousoulou said, "Enjoy bub see you soon 🔥🔥".

Shelby Tribble added, "Good luck beauty to you and your family ❤️".

Should reality stars be travelling abroad for ‘work’ during the COVID restrictions?

It wasn't too long ago (June to be exact) that Chloe was slammed by fans for flouting lockdown rules after she shared a photo of herself alongside BFFs Chloe and Courtney and clearly not following the two metre rule.

However Chloe hit back and wrote, "Not a party and we have had tests done. So we are safe 🙏🏻."

And while Chloe has since moved to Dubai full-time, that hasn't stopped the rest of reality stars in Dubai from receiving backlash for 'working' abroad during lockdown.

One star in particular who has received a lot of criticism is Love Island 2018 star Laura Anderson who admitted she felt 'overwhelmed' and even asked her fans if they would prefer for her to not post during her holiday.
