Tom will be back on CBBC very soon
If, like us, your Valentine's Day this year consisted of putting the kids to bed, doing the washing up and settling in front of the TV to the gorgeous Tom Hardy reading us a bedtime story with his wonderful mouth, you'll be VERY pleased with this news.
King of brooding manliness Mr Hardy will be returning to CBBC after the success of his previous two bedtime story readings with not one, not two - but THREE more stories.
Yes, you read that right. There will be three more occurrences of Tom Hardy soothing you to sleep.
From the TV screen, mind. We can't go spreading the rumour that he's going to hop into bed with us all and stroke our hair, as much as we would love that.
Confirming to Metro.co.uk, the BBC said that Tom had "recorded five stories already", meaning we still have three more to look forward to.
YAY!
Although there's no more information yet on when the episodes will air or what he will be reading, the knowledge that it's happening will hopefully be enough to satisfy you for the time being.
We're hoping they won't leave as big a gap as they did with the previous two. The first bedtime story reading by Tom aired on New Year's Eve last year, and the second was on Valentine's Day, which is a good 6 weeks apart.
If that is the case, however, we can expect the next Tom Hardy Bedtime Story to show on our screens at the beginning of April. Don't worry - we won't April Fools you on something of this importance.
Hopefully Tom's adorable dog Woody will also be reprising his starring role as Adorable Storyteller's Assistant too.
Aside from giving us some VERY wonderful dreams through his storytelling, Tom is currently starring in his own show, Taboo. Showing on BBC One, the show is a gritty drama about stolen diamonds where Tom does what he does best - manly machoness.
Someone has even put together a compilation of all the times he grunts throughout the series so far. It'll either concern you or majorly turn you on.
