It has been confirmed by Metropolitan police that Stephanie Davis is no longer on bail following the alleged attack on Jeremy McConnell although she is still "under investigation".
After a rocky relationship, which first began in the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2016, things took a shocking turn this month when the former Hollyoaks star was arrested on suspicion of attacking her baby daddy Jeremy.

Before the argument happened, the reality stars were kicked out of the pub because things "got a little bit lairy" but then things took a turn for the worse after Jez threw Steph's phone on the floor which held lots of "special pictures" of their six-month-old son Caben-Albi.
Jeremy then said that Steph attacked him with a bed post before claiming his ex-girlfriend is pregnant with their second child. He told the MailOnline: "The pregnancy was not planned and given our history together took me by surprise.
"I was pleased, but still in a bit of shock."
Before adding to The Metro that the argument started after he noticed Steph was drinking and smoking while pregnant, he told the publication: "The argument started because she was drinking and smoking when she knew she was pregnant.
"I was like, 'what are you doing?' I was pissed off as anyone would be."
The explosive fight apparently left Jeremy with a broken nose and fractured eye socket and Steph with five broken ribs.
Shortly after the row, Steph was rushed to hospital after spending the day in police custody and the pair have since deleted all traces of each other on social media, with Steph vowing she'll never be in the same room as her ex-boyfriend again.
Following the latest drama, Jez's friend has claimed that Steph wished Jeremy was dead in a string of very sweary messages but it seems that the actress is ignoring the claims by posting adorable photos of her son.
