Spice Girls: What they were doing during their hiatus

After the Spice Girls split up, Emma released a solo album titled A Girl Like Me that reached number four on the UK Album Chart. She later released two more albums - Free Me and Life in Mono.

Baby Spice first co-presented on Heart FM back in 2009 and she is currently co-presenting with Jamie Theakston.

She has been a guest presenter on Lorraine, Richard and Judy (she was covering Judy while she was recovering from a knee operation) and back in 2008 she helped X Factor judge Dannii Minogue during the judge's house stage of the competition.

She came third place with dance partner Darren Bennett on Strictly Come Dancing’s series 4.

For two years she was a judge on ITV’s show Dancing on Ice.

She appeared on BBC’s TV series Absolutely Fabulous from 2003 to 2012.

She also features in the Absolutely Fabulous movie.

Emma has two sons Tate and Beau Lee Jones with her fiancé Jade Jones.

They have been in a relationship since 1997 and they got engaged in 2011.

On the topic of their wedding, Emma - in an interview with Essentials magazine - previously said: “We’re always like 'Oh we should do that one day, shouldn’t we?' and then we’re like 'Yeah, when?'…'I dunno'. And then we forget about it.”

Before Spice Girls ended Mel C released her solo album Northern Star which peaked at number four in the UK.

She then went on to release five other albums - Reason, Beautiful Intentions, This Time, The Sea and Stages. She is currently working on her seventh album.

She starred in the theatre show Blood Brothers and in the musical Mary Magdalene.

During series three of X Factor Australia, she assisted Mel B at judge's house.

She then became a judge on ITV’s show Superstar - a talent show looking for the lead role in the musical production Jesus Christ Superstar.

She also appeared on Little Mix’s music video Word Up.

Mel C was also a judge on Asia’s Got Talent.

After Spice Girls ended Mel B released her solo album Hot. She has since released her second album L.A. State of Mind.

She has hosted shows such as BBC2's music show Pure Naughty and the MOBO Awards.

Scary Spice also appeared in the BBC drama Burn It.

Mel B has released an autobiography titled Catch a Fire.

In 2007 Mel B and her dancing partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy came second in the show Dancing With The Stars.

In 2009 she was a guest presenter on ITV’s Loose Women for a week.

She then had her own reality television show called Mel B: It’s a Scary World.

On the second series on the X Factor Australia in 2010 she appeared as a celebrity mentor for week eight of the live shows.

On the third and fourth series of the X Factor Australia Mel B was also on the judging panel.

She has been a judge on the X Factor UK and America’s Got Talent.

She recently co-presented Channel 5's Lip Sync Battle alongside rapper Professor Green.

Mel is also close friends with the Kardashian family.

She is recently divorced from her ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.

She has three children; Pheonix Chi Gulzar (whose father is Mel B’s ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar), Angel Iris Murphy Brown (whose father is Mel B’s ex-boyfriend and actor Eddie Murphy) and Madison Brown Belafonte (whose father is Mel B's husband).

After Geri left the group in May 1998, she released her solo album Schizophonic the following year which reached number four in the UK. She later released her second album Scream If You Want To Go Faster (which included her hit song It’s Raining Men) and later her third album Passion.

She was a judge on Popstars: The Rivals back in 2002 when Girls Aloud won.

She was a guest judge on the X Factor UK in 2010 and in 2012.

During series seven of Australia’s Got Talent Geri was on the judging panel.

She has two autobiographies - If Only and Just For The Record.

Geri has two yoga DVDs.

She briefly appeared in Sex In The City.

And she has written six books with Macmillan Children’s Book

After the Spice Girls split, Victoria Beckham started a solo career. She signed to the group's label Virgin Records and released her only solo album - Victoria Beckham.

She has had five documentaries; Victoria’s Secrets, Being Victoria Beckham, The Real Beckhams, Full Length & Fabulous: The Beckhams’ 2006 World Cup Party and Victoria Beckham: Coming to America.

She appeared in Ugly Betty.

And was a guest judge for the finale of Project Runaway.

Victoria has written two books; her autobiography Learning to Fly and her fashion book titled That Extra Half an Inch: Hair, Heels and Everything in Between.

Victoria is now a successful well-known businesswoman because of her fashion empire.

Her famous friends include; Eva Longoria, Katie Holmes and Gordon Ramsey.

She is married to football player David Beckham; the pair wed in 1999.

They have four children; Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and their only daughter Harper.
