Liam Payne has revealed on The Graham Norton Show that stoney Simon Cowell was the one to set him up with Cheryl

He always wants us to think he's this mean, hard-nosed guy that doesn't care about anyone's feelings.
And, to be fair, that might have been true before the birth of his adorable three-year-old son Eric.
But he's DEFINITELY a softie these days as it's been revealed that HE was the one to set up Liam Payne and Cheryl.
Yep, Liam Payne has admitted on The Graham Norton Show that the former Mr Nasty played cupid for him and Cheryl.
According to Metro.co.uk, Liam confided in ole Si that he thought Cheryl was SUPER hot. He said: "Weeks and months went by and then Niall said, 'You'll never guess who fancies you!'
"Apparently he had been with Cheryl when Simon told her that I fancied her – she had turned bright red and left the room."
OMG we can literally picture it now!
Does this mean Baby Bear practically owes his EXISTENCE to Simon Cowell?!
To be fair though, we could totally tell there was something between the two nearly a DECADE ago after Liam winked at Cheryl (cringe) in his audition for The X Factor and she called him "cute".
The 23-year-old also admitted in his Graham Norton interview that he didn't even meet Cheryl's dad until after she was already pregnant.
He said: "My missus was pregnant and I was meeting her dad for the first time so I thought I had better get rid of the life sized model dinosaurs I had in my garden. I had bought them drunkenly off the internet."
Oh... That took a strange turn, didn't it?!
Also, we love how Liam calls her "his missus", as if we don't know who she is.
Oh Liam, you crack us up!
