Scarlett Moffatt wowed fans when she went from a size 18 to 8 and brought out a DVD hailed 'the secret to her weight loss' efforts.
However, the 27-year-old admitted to taking diet pills, whilst slimming down with her personal trainer.
Whilst in top-secret weight loss bootcamp in Switzerland, the Northern lass texted pals that she was unhappy and felt she was being overworked.
According to The Sun, Scarlett desperately texted, 'He worked me to the max . . . had me popping pills and I lost 0.4 of a pound. I said the drugs don’t work and he called me a t*t.'
She also wrote, 'Had me in tears yesterday, forcing me to take these tablets that were giving me heart palpitations.'
The telly presenter is thought to have made a massive 100k from her workout DVD. She slimmed down to a slim size 8, however is now a size 12 which Scarlett stresses is more natural for her body type.
She sent worrying texts to the choreographer for her DVD David Souter.
He told The Sun on Sunday: “The messages about the pills were sent to me by Scarlett two days after she complained to me that she felt sick and had vomited after arriving in Switzerland.
