Rochelle Humes admitted to her fans that she had tried a new idea of clearing her six-month-old baby daughter Valentina's blocked nose.

There are certain things that you have to do as mums that you know you should never tell anyone about.

You're happy to have done it - but you know you will never admit it to anyone.

But brave Rochelle Humes broke that cardinal law last night when she uploaded a video to her Instagram stories, describing the method she'd used to clear her baby daughter's blocked nose...

The mum-of-two, who gave birth to her second child Valentina Rae with husband Marvin in March, explained that her poor baba was teething.

Speaking to the camera, she said: "Just put Valentina to bed, she's not been very well actually the past couple of days, she's teething, and got a cold and everything."

Rochelle, who hashtagged the video with #Mumlife, went on to explain that her daughter had been so bunged up, that she'd taken drastic action...

She confessed: "So bunged up that last night, wait for it, I sucked the snot out of her nose. Yeah."

In the next clip, she hilariously added: "The joke of it is is that she actually looked at me like, 'Mum, what on earth are you doing to me? Get off me, this is disgusting.'

"And I'm sort of looking at her like, 'I've just tasted snot for the first time in my life.'"

Whilst a lot of Rochelle's fans were rather disgusted, some took to her previous post to praise her for being so honest.

And one mum could REALLY relate: "Rochelle, I have sucked snot too! Hahaha, anything to help!"

Others offered different advice so that Rochelle wouldn't have to repeat the slightly gross experience: "I got my baby a nasal aspirator - it's like a suction pump that sucks the snot out of their nose - really worked!"

Well, we for one admire Rochelle's honesty!
