Real Housewives Of Cheshire’s Hanna Kinsella has opened up about what surgery she has had in an honest Q&A on Instagram.
The star, who is currently on holiday in Ibiza, encouraged fans to send in any questions for her to answer and she didn’t hold back.
Hanna, who is a qualified cosmetic dentist and married to cosmetic surgeon Martin Kinsella, was asked by a fan if she "has had her lips done?". She replied, "Yes! Although a lot of you been commenting on them saying they looked ridiculous…must admit that was just a cheeky filter that I think did enlarge them 🤦♀️🙈🙈🙈 filter = deleted.
"But @drmartinkinsella at @re_enhance does do my lips but believe it or now I haven’t had them done since before pregnancy! But Martin is hands down the BEST at lips."

Hanna was also quizzed on whether her boobs were 100 per cent real, to which she quipped back, "Yes!!! All real! But I must admit they have got bigger since having a baby 🙈😂👶🏼."
The reality took to social media in February to announce the news that she had given birth to her first child with Martin, a little baby boy called Maximus James.
Sharing the news on her Instagram, she wrote, "Our lives are now complete… I have never felt love like it. Our baby boy has arrived safety into the world 20.02.2021 💙".
She’d previously announced the gender of the baby on RHOC, with a series of blue fireworks revealing the happy news.

Lauren Goodger reveals meaning behind daughter's unique name
Hanna had previously joked in an exclusive interview with Closer that the RHOC producers would’ve filmed the birth "with a camera" if they could.
As well as questions about her secret surgery, Hanna was also asked about her hospital bag essentials for giving birth.
"To be honest all you need is a really comfy T-shirt! I literally took two big baggie T-shirts and jogging bottoms! The comfier the better!," she revealed.
Another follower asked if she had lost her baby weight yet, with Hannah admitting, "To be honest I haven’t lost it all!!!!
"I’m still at least half a stone heavier than what I was before pregnancy but I have been trying to work out and eat healthy (at least before Ibiza 🙈🤦♀️) it’s hard though and we put so much pressure on ourselves – 9 months to grow a baby at least 9 months to get back I say!"
