The Real Housewives Of Cheshire OG Tanya Bardsley has shared body transformation pictures on Instagram with her 488k followers and we have to say, you go girl.
The reality star posted a split screen of three images of herself standing side on, labelled week one, week two and week three.
The pics chronicled her frankly amazing transformation (over three weeks!) with the caption, “I hate exercise but I’m kinda starting to love it, well I love the feeling after.”
She then goes on to credit her personal trainer saying, “He is the best or either I love him or hate him at the same time.”
