Ben Affleck recently appeared on The Graham Norton Show and he was telling everyone about his time in London. Of course, he got up to lots of typical tourristy activities like Windsor Castle and the London Eye. (How did we not bump into Ben Affleck, why oh WHY.)
But, all in all, typical London activities, right?
Then Ben Affleck dropped the bombshell that his son accidentally hung out with Prince George! Our hearts can't cope.
The Hollywood heartthrob told the audience he took his youngest son to a softplay area after a long day of sight seeing in London. "I noticed this weird vibe from some of the other grown-ups that were there,” Affleck said. “They were all really well-dressed, had suits on. And then I saw that some of them they had headpieces in, and I thought, ‘Wow, Kidnasium is tight!’
"I was the last person in there for sure to realize that the royal George and Charlotte, those kids were in there playing, and my son was in there playing!”
What would tell our kids if they were accidentally hanging out with the future King of England? 'Let George go first on the slide?' Or 'Be really nice so you get invited for squash and biscuits at Buckingham Palace?' 'Tell him one of your jokes about the orange and the sponge?!'
Ben Affleck settled with, "Go talk to them. Impress them. Be nice to them - you know what to say!" Which is pretty stellar advice, we will admit.
The 44 year old actor then joked, "I can tell my son he's got a cold from the King of England!"
