Last week footage was leaked showing Tom, 34, flirting with another woman in a Las Vegas nightclub.

At the time model Nicola, 32, said she was ‘beyond devestated’ by the clip, and her latest tweets suggest she hasn’t forgiven Tom just yet.
She wrote: “Omg got a new fish that died within hours. You would think this would be enough to return home form Vegas guess not and I don’t mean the dead fish.”

Nicola then added: “There’s more then two fish I’m flushing down the toilet today (sic)”
It seemed that Nicola was suggesting she and Tom were having some kind of showdown, when she wrote: “The truth is so hard to hear! But don’t worry I’m loud”

Former footballer Tom is now a concierge in Las Vegas, which sees him spending a lot of time away from Nicola and their children.
Speaking at the time of the leaked footage, Nicola said: “I am beyond devestated to say that I have been shown this video and it is 100% of my husband Tom Williams.
“I’m too upset to say anything else about it at the moment.”
