The footage appears to show former footballer Tom getting friendly with a brunette in a Las Vegas nightclub.
Nicola told a UK newspaper after viewing the footage: “I am beyond devastated to say that I have been shown this video and it is 100% of my husband, Tom Williams.”

"I’m too upset to say anything else about it at the moment," she added.
An onlooker at the nightclub claims she witnessed him flirting with the mystery lady.
They said: "My friends and I were sitting in a booth in a club called 1Oak in Las Vegas, when one of the girls nudged me and said 'Look at that, that’s Tom Williams, Nicola McLean’s husband,' it was definitely him.”

They added, telling the UK newspaper: "They were acting like a couple… We were shocked."
Tom is currently in Las Vegas where he works as a concierge. Nicola has remained in the UK with their two young sons, Rocky and Striker.
The 32-year-old was rushed to hospital last week after collapsing, reportedly due to stress from her and Tom’s marriage difficulties.
