He may be only two months old but it looks like little Bear Payne has already got his first passport.
According to Niall Horan, who made an appearance on the Lorraine show today, the newborn is about to fly to the states with parents Liam and Cheryl. The One Direction star, who has yet to meet his friend's baby, said: "They’re going to America, I’m coming back here and vice versa so I’m going to try and get down to them this week."
We're hoping this will only be a short trip because we're not sure what we'll we do without our daily dose of Bear news.
But we were glad to hear that Niall and the rest of the 1D boys are still mates despite their solo careers as he chatted to Alison Hammond on This Morning a few hours later: "It’s great actually, we enjoy it and watching everyone else think that we’re rivals. There’s room for everyone. And if we were all releasing the same type of songs then that’d be weird, but we’re all releasing completely different types of music which is great.”
Phew! We couldn't cope with anymore change.
Niall also took the opportunity to talk about his experience performing at the One Love Manchester concert last Sunday. He said: I was a bit nervous going on because Robbie had just sung Angels and emotions were high, and whenever I looked at the crowd I caught someone's eye that was crying so I tried to look away… at one stage, there was a big circle in the middle of the crowd and the policemen were dancing around with all the kids and it was unbelievable to watch… I’m just so glad I was there.”
But perhaps his most surprising revelation was that he's a regular This Morning viewer. When Alison suggested he was starstruck meeting her he agreed saying: "I watch you on telly whenever I’m home… I’ve been away for weeks so I haven’t got to see you, but yesterday I watched This Morning and you looked fantastic. And you’re such a flirt as well!"
How sweet. It just goes to show international pop superstars are just like the rest of us!
