The Valleys’ Natalee Harris: what happened after her botched bum lift?

Star of The Valleys, Natalee Harris, had a bit of a nightmare surgery when she had a BBL done in Turkey back in 2021.

The surgery resulted in Natalee being "scared for [her] life" and requiring medical attention when she returned to the UK.

Well, luckily it seems things are now back to normal for Natalee, as she has shared a picture of her bum on Instagram and it's looking A LOT better.

She captioned the post, "It’s been a while , basically have nothing to post , so have a pic of my big fat ass 👀👀 ps @comfortzonesurgeryofficial made me do it 🍑🍑🍑 pss enjoy the view before the snowflakes ❄️ report it CHOOOOWWWWW."

Fans were quick to comment on the transformation, with one writing, "Best figure ever ever ever xxxx."

Another commented, "❤️❤️❤️not fat but Perfect booty ❤️❤️❤️."

Since rising to fame on The Valleys in 2012, Natalee has had three boob jobs, lip fillers, cheek fillers and Botox.

Being no stranger to surgery, she wasn't worried about booking herself in for a BBL.

The reality star, 33, says that social media made her want to get a bigger bum and that when she saw images of successful BBL transformations on the Instagram page of a Turkish cosmetic surgery clinic, she booked in right away.

Speaking in 2018, she told Closer, “I’d wanted my bum done for a while – I wanted to look like Kim Kardashian and I’d seen these great big bums all over social media and I wanted to look good, but not go to the gym. That’s what it falls down to really. I saw a clinic online that had over 12K followers and amazing transformation photos so I booked myself in.”

Natalee flew abroad for her op – but panic began to set in when she arrived and the operation drew nearer, as there was no sign of the surgeon and no one could speak English.

“I remember I kept thinking, where is the surgeon?" says Natalee.

"I didn’t meet him until just before my surgery and I kept asking him questions, but neither him or the nurses could speak any English. I had to use Google translate.

“By the time I went into surgery, I was panicking like hell, but before I knew it, I was under anaesthetic. When I woke up, I was covered in blood. I’d wet myself and I was shaking vigorously. I was terrified and scared for my life, but no one could communicate with me. I stood up and my wound in my bum started leaking. There was blood all down my legs.”

After the procedure, Natalee was sent away with no aftercare and only painkillers to combat her agonising pain – and by the time she’d returned to the UK, her bum wounds had become infected.

Ex On The Beach star Natalee told us, “I was meant to be given a compression suit for the healing, antibiotics and a pillow to sit on, but there was no aftercare whatsoever – they only gave me Paracetomol. When I got back to the UK, I felt awful – feverish and in horrendous pain. I’d got an infection and was put on antibiotics.

“On top of all this, my bum didn’t look any different – there was literally no change. It actually looked deformed, lumpy, bumpy and had swollen into a point almost.”

After being told the swelling and pain would subside after six months, Natalee hoped her bum would even itself out - but it didn't.

Controversially, she then booked herself in for a second BBL at a different Turkish clinic.
