Myleene Klass has had an emotional two years, following her split from her ex-husband and the father of her two children, Graham Quinn.
The couple had been together for 11 years and had only just got married when Graham walked out on Myleene's birthday, swiftly moving into a bachelor pad and leaving the former Hear'Say star struggling to come to terms with his sudden departure.
She now shares the family home in Hertfordshire just with their daughters Ava Bailey, seven, and Hero Harper, three.
But, despite the bad breakup, Myleene - who is launching her seventh collection for Littlewoods.com - is more confident than ever.
Speaking with the Mirror, Myleene explained how being single has changed her.
She said: “My style has definitely changed now I am single.
“More than ever, I have a better sense of self."
“Maybe it’s because when you are doing it alone, you own it more. I love that. I feel more confident than ever, I feel really happy. My girls have got to feel it off me.
“I can’t tell them every day that the most important thing in life is to be happy, which I believe – it has to be 10% what I say and 90% what you show. I know they are feeling that from me.”
Myleene also recently opened up about her newfound body confidence, explaining that she wants to create a positive example for her daughters.
She told Women's Health: "I don’t want them to have a bad body image so I don’t want them to see me sitting there sucking in my stomach.
"I want them to see me eating well. I won’t use the word diet. I won’t even call a Diet Coke by its name – in my house it’s known as a DC.”
