The 40-year-old security guard was questioned under caution following an argument at Myleene’s home, which she shares with her two young children.
Graham allegedly smashed an intercom at Myleene’s house in Highgate, North London on August 12. Two days later he was questioned but police did not arrest him.
A police spokesman said: "A 40-year-old man was questioned under caution on August 14.
"He was not arrested. The investigation is on-going."
A source close to Myleene told The Sun: "Myleene was left really shaken. She really didn't want to make a fuss, but she didn't feel she had any option.”
Myleene has yet to speak out personally on the incident, and her representatives have declined to comment.
The 36-year-old former Hearsay star married Graham Quinn in 2011 after just six months of marriage. They had been together for ten years prior to their wedding and are parents to daughters Ava, 7, and Hero, 3.
