She’s in a Klass of her own! Myleene shows off her musical skills at piano launch

Myleene Klass showed off her talents at an event for piano makers Steinway & Sons

Myleene Klass is best known as one-fifth of Hear'Say, the winning band from Popstars back in 2001 alongside Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh.

But the mum-of-two is also a fashionista, businesswoman - and an accomplished pianist.

Attending the launch of Steinway & Sons' brand new piano, the Sunburst, Myleene tinkled the ivories in front of a huge crowd at the world-famous Abbey Road Studios in London.

The piano, of which only 69 have been produced in the world, costs an eye-watering £108,000 - yeesh!

Myleene, 39, was joined by Producer ‘Youth’ real name Martin Glover, German rock band, BAP and keyboard virtuoso David Sancious who has worked with the likes of Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen and Sting.

He continued: "Its design has a periphery of darker colours that gradually become lighter and culminate in a brightly coloured centre that often exposes the original wood grain of the instrument.

"This intense arrangement of brilliant colours features on the lid and inside of the keyboard cover – so when opening the piano, it reveals its inner rock star!"
