Michelle Keegan has spoken out to dispel the swirling body speculation surrounding her - she does not have six toes.

Earlier this week, pictures surfaced of the former Coronation Street actress as she was out and about on a summer’s day wearing flip flops which left her feet on show.

Some fans noticed she appeared to have a sixth appendage on her right foot, rather than the usual five.

But Michelle, who is married to former reality star Mark Wright, has taken to Snapchat to douse water on speculative flames blazing about her digits.

She posted a picture of her dressed-up tanned tootsies online as she wore a pair of gold sandals and a glistening toe ring while sporting bright pink painted nails, proving she definitely only has five toes.

She captioned the Snap: “Me and my 6 toes are off out tonight. Oh wait…,” along with a rolling eyes and cry laughing emoji.

While Michelle appeared to be posting on social media in jest about her feet, she has apparently jetted off to Malaysia to film her BBC army drama Our Girl, hoping to put the toes tale behind her.

A source told The Sun: “She doesn’t find speculation around the number of toes she has funny.

“She doesn’t want it to become a big deal and in all the magazines next week.”
