Melanie Sykes has hit back at rumours she's been dating Olly Murs for a year with a sassy Instagram post.
Melanie, 47, was rumoured last week to have been dating the 33-year-old popstar for over a year after being introduced by mutual friends.
It was said that they'd bonded over a love of fitness, despite the two insisting they were just friends.
But mum-of-two Melanie has hit back at the rumours in what some might call a strongly-worded post...

Melanie posted a pic of herself looking all glam to her 126k followers, and defiantly wrote: "To all Those writing shite about me and my life.
"This is what a single, happy, healthy, 47yrs old independent mother of two teenage sons looks like. DEAL WITH IT!"

Fans of the TV presenter flocked to the comments section to support her, with one writing: "Stunning hun, ignore them," whilst another added: "Far too many trolls out there @msmelaniesykes they are just miserable people who don't really have a life of their own."
She also posted the snap on her Twitter account, and received 160 responses.

Last week, a source told The Sun: "Mel loves a younger man and really fell for Olly when he got into shape late last year."
The source added that there is a "real physical attraction" between the two, and said that the pair had been swapping "saucy" messages.
They said: "They were bonding over her fitness programme. He was a fan of her gym selfies and thought that she had an amazing body."
