Spice Girl Mel B has finalised her divorce with ex Stephen Belafonte after being told to pay his £270k legal fees
Their bitter divorce battle first hit the headlines in March last year after 10 years of marriage.
But on Monday, Mel B confirmed that her relationship with husband, Stephen Belafonte, 43, was finally over as she posted a snap of herself dancing on Instagram, to celebrate the end of their long dispute.
The pair tied the knot in June 2007, following a whirlwind five-month romance and have daughter, Madison Brown Belafonte, six, together.
However, their happy family appeared to break down last year with the couple citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce - with stories of kinky sex, drug and alcohol abuse and allegations of domestic violence all reaching the news.
So it's no wonder that Mel appeared to be "ecstatic" as the divorce was finalised.
However, it didn't come without a few conditions. The LA judge ruled that:

Mel has to pay Stephen's £270,000 legal fees - with half the sum being due in 30 days and the other half when their £6m mansion is sold

The pair need to pay back the £850,000 they owe in taxes

The singer has to pay £3,800 a month in child support for their six-year-old daughter
Mel and Stephen have also both voluntarily agreed to stay 200 yards away from each other - except for when Madison has a school event.

Belafonte appeared delighted with the result, saying; “I’m ecstatic - I’m going to Disneyworld. I got everything I wanted and we could have settled this months ago. It's such a relief that it's finally over.”
And Mel seemed equally pleased as she posted a video of herself dancing with the divorce papers on Instagram. Followed by a selfie captioned with the poem, Still I Rise by Maya Angelou.

However, Stephen says that there are still issues that he wants to resolve - such as visitation rights to Mel's daughter, Angel, 10, who she shares with Eddie Murphy.
He added: “We wanted to get all the other issues between us settled so I decided to table that. But it’s very possible I could try again - because I would really like to spend time with Angel.”
