Martine McCutcheon starred in worldwide favourite Christmas film Love Actually which came out in 2003 as a secretary in Downing Street.

It's very rare to meet someone who doesn't enjoy British classic Love Actually at Christmas - it's become one of the staple festive favourites along with Miracle On 34th Street and Die Hard.

No? Just us?

But it turns out that there is in fact ONE person who doesn't enjoy it - and that person was actually IN it.

That person is none other than Martine McCutcheon.

Martine, 41, starred as Natalie in the film - a love interest for Hugh Grant's Prime Minister David.

She appeared on BBC Breakfast this morning to proclaim that she can't stand to watch the film, much to the chagrin of those who love the film.

She said: "I hate watching it, I cringe at myself! I don't mind seeing other people's bits, but I remember we had to sit through all the premieres, and it was all glamorous.

"But sitting there watching myself on this huge screen pulling all these ridiculous faces, and I'm sat there thinking, 'What am I doing!' I can't watch anything back that I do."

Wait - does that mean she hates Tiffany from EastEnders too?!

That is just TOO MUCH for us to handle.

Martine went onto talk about her new music, and how it helped her along the recovery process after suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome ME.

She said: "I became very unwell, to the point where I couldn't work, and I really wanted to have my son. It was ruining my chances of becoming a mother, it was that debilitating."

But it's thanks to Martine's husband Jack McManus that she began writing again: "But my husband who is a producer said to me, 'Write this stuff down, it's what you did before.' I missed being able to perform, and didn't know if I ever would again at the time. But it was my one way of being creative and it really helped me, like a kind of medicine.

"I had no idea at that time it was going to be an album, it was just a body of work for me."
