The glamour model tweeted her followers about her dislike of heavy make-up.
Maria wrote: “Some girls are leaving the house with so much 'contour' they look like a drag queen has done thierr makeup... Oh .... #NotCool (sic).”
One of Vicky Pattison’s close friends soon clocked the tweet, and assumed that Maria’s use of the phrase ‘some girls’ was an indirect reference to herself and her Geordie Shore pal.
She tweeted her back: "MariaFowler ME AND VickyGShore LOVE MAKEUP!! Least we don't look like something at the bottom of the toilet. # indirect (sic)".
Maria, 28, then replied: “She should tweet me herself if the drag queen has something to say."
Ouch!
Vicky’s friend then told Maria that her ex-boyfriend- James Morgan- had ‘upgraded’ from seeing the TOWIE star to dating the Geordie Shore lass.
Maria then responded: "Upgraded? I'm happy they're happy. Don't know why I'm being tagged if things are so perfect?"

Following the spat, Maria soon deleted most of the tweets from her intense Twitter drama with Vicky’s friend.
She later appeared regretful over the whole affair, tweeting her followers: “Infact there No need for negativity on my time line. Not going to let myself be dragged into basics mentality (sic).”
We wonder who is next on the Twitter feud hit list!
