According to The Mirror, Luisa’s husband-to-be is businessman Andrew Collins.
The 44-year-old is reported to be worth £36 million and is Ireland’s 231st richest man.
Mr Collins made his fortune by setting up insurance company RSA before selling it- alongside his business partner- for a reported £64 million in 2010.
The millionaire (and future Mr Luisa Zissman) is allegedly very generous with his millions, contributing large sums of money to charity Outreach Moldova.
Luisa says: “My boyfriend Andrew, he’s a wonderful man and I’m so lucky to have him.
“He’s the main contributor to Outreach Moldova, so that’s why I got involved.”
Luisa said previously about her ‘secret boyfriend’: “I am in a relationship with someone who hates the media. So we've made a pact that I won't talk about that side of things..."
Though the former CBB star is already mum to daughter Dixie, 3, she is reportedly keen to add to her brood with her new man.

Following a charity trip in Moldova with her new fiancé, Luisa said: “There was a little girl over there, she was very like my little girl, I came home adamant that I was going to adopt her, but my boyfriend felt differently.”
It looks like Luisa may have finally found Mr Right!
