Messages of congratulations immediately flooded in for the businesswoman, with her former Apprentice co-star Dr Leah Totton being the first.

She may have been more than willing to flash her bling, but Luisa chose to keep the identity of her new fiancé a secret.
The CBB star was previously married to businessman Oliver Zissman, who is the father of her three-year-old daughter Dixie.
