Rochelle Humes became a mother of two in March this year when she gave birth to her second child, Valentina Raine, but she's already looking toned and trim.
The former Saturdays singer, who is also mother to four-year-old Alaia-Mai, graces the cover of Fit & Well magazine's October issue and posted her fabulous front page shot to her Instagram account today.
So how did she get back in shape so quickly?
Rochelle told the magazine that she started working out with personal trainer Pete Mac eight weeks after giving birth. She said: “He just basically kills me for an hour or so.”
But Rochelle wasn't looking to lose too much weight, explaining: “I’m not doing this to be a shape that isn’t what I am. I still want to be curvy and still be me.”
And she said there was no real mystery when it came to getting in shape after having a baby.
“There is no secret to it, you just have to stick to it, first of all.
“It’s a lifestyle. I think if you’re fit and looking after yourself then you’re doing it right."
It's been a big week in the Humes household as eldest daughter Alaia-Mai started school with Rochelle sharing an adorable picture of the four-year-old in her uniform.
