She’s dominated hit reality show Made In Chelsea since she first appeared in 2016, from her fiery feuds to her explosive relationships.
And in the latest series, viewers will see Liv Bentley once again single following her recent split from Tristan Phipps, who she dated for three years. Now, Liv, 26, exclusively tells Closer she’s loving the single life – despite missing being intimate.
Liv says, “After my relationship with Tristan, dating isn’t a priority. I’m having a break from boyfriends, and I don’t sleep with anyone unless I’m dating them. So essentially, I’m not having sex at the moment. Celebs do slip into my direct messages, but I wouldn’t DM anyone myself. When people message me, I don’t respond – I’m too much of a baby! I’d never date someone I’d never physically met. Although I’d love to go on a date with Matthew McConaughey – but he’s married."
Liv joined the show back in 2016 as an ex of Sam Thompson. After flings with Alex Mytton and Frederick Ferrier, viewers then watched her tumultuous relationship with Digby Edgley, 24, from 2017 to 2019 – with the duo eventually calling it quits during the show’s Croatia spin-off.
She then had a brief romance with Miles Nazire, before dating co-star Tristan Phipps, 25, with the pair moving in together despite their infamous arguments on the show. Their romance came to an emotional end last series – with the former lovers managing to avoid each other while filming the latest series, Made In Chelsea: Corsica.
And since being single, Liv has thrown herself into running her business JOMO – selling a collection of CBD arousal oils and lubricants designed to “stimulate desire and increase pleasure.”
Liv says, “Sex is so important. I started my business after talking to a friend about faking orgasms, which is a lot more common than people think. I used to fake orgasms all the time. But it’s important to enjoy sex.”
Liv has never been shy about getting her kit off – posing nude on the show.
And now she says, “I don’t care about getting naked – I used to be a fine art nude photographer and photograph myself nude all the time. Boobs are boobs. I’m one of five kids and my family are really open. We talk about sex all the time.”
The MIC cast spend most of their nights out hitting the bars and clubs of the King’s Road in Chelsea – particularly Raffles, which was an old favourite of Prince Harry’s before he moved to America. And Liv now cheekily adds, “I’d welcome Prince Harry onto MIC but the chances of it happening are slim. I can imagine taking him clubbing in Raffles!”
