Former Liberty X singer Jessica Taylor has proven she has a heart of gold, after launching a Twitter appeal to find a special chair for a three-year-old cancer patient.

Alongside a picture of the chair, the star tweeted: "Can Twitter help find a children's chair like this for a 3 yr old who has fallen in love with it whilst having chemo in hospital? Please RT"

And the people of Twitter happily obliged.

Jessica's tweet soon went viral, and hundreds of people chipped in with tips, advice and offers to help.

One lovely person offered to pay for the chair once it was found...

While another cheeky Twitter user said they'd steal one if necessary!

But thankfully that wasn't necessary, as Twitter user named Liam Reynolds came up trumps and found the exact chair, much to Jessica's delight.
