Essex native Lauren Pope has insisted that the popular ITVBe show doesn't encourage fans to think they need to have surgery.
Appearing on This Morning on Thursday with her co-stars Georgia Kousoulou and Chloe Lewis, the 35-year-old, who has been honest about her cosmetic procedures over the years, was quizzed by Eamonn Holmes about the cast's love of surgery.
He said: "You are influencers, so whatever you wear, how you look, we had a segment on earlier about disaster bum lifts.
"I'm not asking has anyone had one, but there are procedures some of you have had. Do you think a big responsibility comes with that?"

A defiant Lauren then jumped in and replied: "It's a really tough one. It's not something we say people should go and do. For me, I had a bad experience and we covered that on the show.
"I had PIP implants. I had to have them removed and replaced."
Georgia, who had a nose job in November last year after years of research, then added her thoughts, saying: "I've wanted it done since I was 20, I did wait a good six to seven years.
"I just love my nose now, I think if someone takes a picture from the side, I feel so much better."

Lauren's comments come after the news that mum-of-three Leah Cambridge, 29, from Leeds who died while getting surgery in a Turkish clinic used by TOWIE celebrities such as Lauren Goodger and Amber Dowding.
According to The Sun Online, Leah's 'Brazilian bum lift' is said to have gone wrong after fat was deposited into her blood stream and her oxygen levels dropped. This then caused three heart attacks, but her cause of death is yet to be confirmed.
