Yesterday, Lauren Goodger revealed that her major weight loss was down to a 3 week juicing diet. The star took to Instagram to reveal that for the last 21 days, she had been at a retreat where she was being very strict with her diet.
Today, she put out a heartfelt Instagram post, sharing her weight loss results and confessing about how strong and healthy she felt - both mentally and physically.
Lauren wrote: "Thank you @juicemasterretreats for having me for the last 3 weeks. It was a tough challenge but how rewardingđ you really see how strong you are mentally and physically! A lot of criticism about juicing but it does a lot more than weightloss!"
"I feel detoxed cleansed within like I couldnât be healthier I havenât eaten meat for 22 days but I will of course go back to normality but with a few changes added to my diet!! my anxiety and tiredness is non existent! This really does show you what your body needs and I feel alive!"
She added: "Not single spot on my face I havenât worn makeup just Natural Portugal tan! You can take it or leave it but my advise is Watch @jasonvale documentary on YouTube and reaching out to anyone with any illnesses this could be your answer đ"

It would seem that her juicing retreat has had an impact on her mental and physical well-being. The star has claimed that it's not only helped her lose weight, but has made her feel less anxious, tired, and has improved her skin!
