It seem that Essex lady Lauren Goodger has been unlucky in love recently, after things took a sour turn with former boyfriend Jake McLean.

After she deleted all traces of him from social media, she told OK! magazine that a "weight has been lifted” since ending her relationship with Jake.

But it seems the 29-year-old may have found love again, as she gushed over social media about a mystery someone who 'makes her happy.'

Posting this classic pouty-selfie, she wrote:

"You make me happy #inloveface."

We're going to assume that the fitness fanatic means a mystery person - and not her own face. But who knows?

But some of her fans had some warning advice for the reality star on her Instagram page.

One wrote:

"Dont rush into a relationship take your time learn by your mistakes."

Although she's given no further hints on any advances in her love life (we're holding out for that kissy face couple selfie!) she has been posting relationship-related quotes to her account of recent, showing she's not taking any funny business in her next romantic encounter.

What does it all mean, Lauren?!

Well, whether or not things are looking bright in her love life, things are certainly going well in her passion for fitness - as a recent poll voted hers as the body most British women would want to flaunt on the beach. Not a bad title, ey?

The star shed weight last year, dropping down to a size 10 and creating her hugely successful DVD - Lauren's OMG Workout- in the process.

And after stripping back for a more natural look last week, having her lip fillers removed, it seems Lauren's well on her way to feeling happy, confident and truly happy in her own skin - with or without a man by her side.
