In this week’s Closer – out today – TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger has exclusively opened up about how she ditched her unhealthy lifestyle to get the size 10 body of her dreams.

And there's no denying that the reality star looks phenomenal.

To celebrate the release of her hugely-anticipated fitness DVD - Lauren’s OMG Workout - the 29-year-old has shared some of the exercises from her workout plan.

Check them out below:

  1. TUCK JUMP

GOOD FOR: All over fat burner & bum-toner

1) Adopt this position (kicking left leg back, elbows up)2) Heel dig forward, pushing hands down
1) Adopt this position (kicking left leg back, elbows up)2) Heel dig forward, pushing hands down
3) Step back on left leg 4) Jump in the air, swinging arms over head

REPEAT ON OTHER SIDE – BUILD UP TO 8


2. HANDSTAND PRESS-UP**

GOOD FOR: Arms, shoulders, chest

1) Start on all fours, knees off the ground2) Kick up leg3) Do a press-up

REPEAT ON OTHER LEG – BUILD UP TO 8

  1. WOOD CHOPPER

GOOD FOR: Arms, abs and all over-fat burning

1) Clap hands together, twist up high over right shoulder2) Swing arms down on the diagonal, squatting on one leg.

REPEAT ON OTHER SIDE – DO 20-30 secs each side

  1. CLAM PLANK

GOOD FOR: Abs, hips, legs & arms

1) Start on all fours2) Take free arm up3) Stretch length of the body

REPEAT 8 TIMES ON EACH SIDE


5. BUNNY HOP**

GOOD FOR: Fat-burning & all-over toning.

1) Start on all fours, knees off floor2) Jump the legs up into a tuck  position

***REPEAT AT SPEED – BUILD UP TO 8
