The former TOWIE star opens up to Closer about her quest to achieve the ‘perfect’ shape
She’s endured a very public battle with her weight since finding fame on TOWIE in 2010, yo-yoing between a size 8 and a size 16.
And while recent reports claimed Lauren Goodger was keen to get back into a fitness regime after gaining weight filming the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, the reality star reveals she’s now desperate for extreme surgery to achieve the "perfect" figure.

In an emotional confession, 33-year-old Lauren – who has already had a boob job, non-invasive liposuction and a reported Brazilian butt lift – tells Closer, "I hate my body, I hate it. I want to get surgery."
And Lauren – who is regularly criticised on her Instagram feed for filtering her photos – adds, "I want full-blown surgery. I want it all sucked out and I want to be little. I want to be skinny."
Referring to criticism of her "filtered" photos, the reality star has admitted anxiety drives her need to be liked. She has said, "I feel like I’m under a lot of pressure in my job. You want to make yourself look better.
"A lot of people look up to me as an influence, and social media is an obsession… I suffer really badly with anxiety."
Lauren has made no secret of her surgery transformations in the past. She had a nose job in 2011 and her 34D-cup boobs boosted to a 34E in 2014.
After years of plumping her lips with filler, she had it removed in 2016 – insisting she preferred a more natural look – but months later was pictured sporting a suspiciously protruding pout.
And while she rejected claims she’d had a Brazilian butt lift in late 2017 – insisting her noticeably fuller rear was simply the result of hard training in the gym – she did admit to having non-invasive liposuction to sculpt her hourglass curves and get rid of her "lumps and bumps".
In October last year, the star denied having any surgical enhancements after alarming fans with a dramatically sharp jawline, insisting, "I can assure you, I’ve not had any surgery done."
But days later, she was forced to confess she’d had filler injected into her jaw, and posted a photo of a surgeon dissolving it.
Lauren has also suffered a toxic series of romances, claiming her first boyfriend and TOWIE co-star Mark Wright – with whom she split in 2011 after ten years together – insisted they would be more successful as a couple if she was slim.
She later told Closer that her jailed ex-boyfriend Joey Morrisson – with whom she split last summer after he was caught messaging a string of other women – wasobsessed with her looking slim.
She revealed, "Joey would have me locked in a room on a treadmill and would feed me water and bloody veg."

The star also told us that her stint on Celebs Go Dating earlier this year had left her feeling even more insecure, saying, "I literally hated watching myself. My hair was all over the place, they were zooming in here and everywhere. I need Botox now, I’ve got wrinkles."
Lauren sparked reports that she was going out with fellow Celebs Go Dating star Jack Fincham when the pair both failed to turn up for an appearance on This Morning after a boozy night out – with their co-star Lady Colin Campbell teasing, "Two words – rumpy pumpy."
Asked whether she found love on the show, Lauren confusingly tells us, "Yes, with Jack Fincham," before denying the pair are an item.
Opening up about her desire to move towards a more settled life, Lauren recently told Closer, "Settling down and getting married is the aim of life, isn’t it? It’s part of growing up and it’s part of life. I do want all that, that’s what I’m looking for."
