Fans criticised Kim Kardashian after she posted a photo of one-year-old Saint West sitting incorrectly in his car seat
Kim Kardashian caused an uproar in June when she shared a photo of her one-year-old son Saint West sitting in his car seat facing the front of the car.
Although he looked absolutely adorable in the picture, lots of people pointed out that he was facing the wrong direction. The law in California states that children under the age of two-years-old should sit in a rear facing car seat, unless they reach a certain weight or weight.
Many people were quick to slam the mother-of-two to North, four and Saint, one, by suggesting he sit rear facing in his seat. One person wrote on Facebook: "God! All the money in the world and the best nannies money can buy and no one told her to keep him rear facing!? Dear lord I can't"
Another commented: "Babies should be in rear facing until they can't anymore."

A third said: "He is so cute let's protect this handsome boy by making sure is rear facing"
Someone else chimed in: "Way too young for front facing. The rule is 2 years old."
Following the backlash, the reality star deleted her photo off Instagram. Now, Kim has finally defended the photo on her website where she explained she didn't actually breaking any law: "So I took a photo of Saint and he was sitting forward and so they say for his age, he should be rear-facing.
"But what people didn’t know is that Saint is now the weight and the height requirement to sit forward-facing.”
She went on to reveal that Saint actually weighs more than her daughter North, the 36-year-old mum added: "If that is believable, he does, and it is wild."
