We've always maintained that only two things would improve our second favourite reality show The Real Housewives of Cheshire: one, Gemma Owen's mum joining the show and two, Kerry Katona joining the show.
And, whaddaya know, it looks like dreams can come true.
When we caught up with Kerry ahead of the release of her book Whole Again: Love, Life and Me - My Story, we asked her whether she'd consider joining the show and she did not hesitate to say a great big YES.
"I'd 1000% join The Real Housewives of Cheshire cast," she told us.
"Why not get paid for driving around where I drive around anyway."
As to if she'd be happy to show her, frankly, huge home on TV, she said she would need to lay down one rule.
"Not the outside, I don't want anyone knowing where I live. I don’t care if people see what my living room looks like."
Kerry also shed light on what she and Rachel Lugo were cackling about in a video the latter shared to her Instagram Story recently.
"I was with Rachel the other day chatting away to her. I wanted to know where she's got her eye lift done, because I'll get mine done," she told us. "Yeah, she's lovely."
"I’ve met the majority of the housewives, they’re all lovely."
Kerry is also pals with former housewife Ampika Pickston and even moved in with her in 2017, with many believing she would at least cameo on the reality show as a result. She never did.
Speaking about her glamorous bestie, who quit RHOCheshire after series five, Kerry told us, "We've been on date nights [with Kerry's fiancé Ryan Mahoney and Ampika's fiancé David Sullivan]. I love Ampika to bits, I love David to bits. They're such a lovely, lovely couple.
"I think they're great. We're good friends."
The Real Housewives of Cheshire returned for series 15 (fifteen!) in August 2022.
Let's hope Kerry turns up (preferably with a returning Ampika in tow) for series 16, eh?
