Kerry Katona took to Instagram to defend her slurred speech before appearing on Rylan Clark-Neal's Big Brother's Bit On The Side
Kerry Katona has had a rough couple of weeks.
She's now officially split from her husband George Kay of three years after months of arguing, seeing George move out of the family home.
And two days ago, she was in such dental agony that she had to have emergency surgery to have the teeth taken out.
Poor Kerry. We reckon she needs a hug and a hot chocolate
But despite undergoing emergency surgery to have these teeth out on Wednesday (and very kindly posted a bloody photo of on her Instagram... We couldn't bring ourselves to put it in here though, sorry), she still stuck to her work commitments, appearing on Rylan Clark-Neal's show Big Brother's Bit On The Side last night.
If we'd had two whopping great teeth ripped out, we'd be using it as an excuse to sleep for three days straight. Fair play to you, Kez.
Kerry made her way to the studios, but not before posting an update to her Instagram page.
She chose to tell people about the surgery BEFORE even going on the show as her speech was quite slurred, and wanted to make sure people knew the truth before jumping to conclusions.
Kerry said: "Before we go on air later on tonight, I just want you all to know that I am talking slightly silly as I had emergency surgery yesterday and I'm in a lot a lot of pain.
"But the professional that I am, I am here and I am working. So there you go.
"So please, nobody be judging me, I'm not drunk, I've just go a really, really bad mouth."

And her speech was really quite slurred on the show last night.
She soldiered on and tried her best, but Rylan felt moved to jump in and defend her before anyone could make a comment - even referencing her infamous appearance on This Morning eight years ago.
Addressing the camera, Rylan fiercely defended the Atomic Kitten star: "Let me just say as well before you pipe up and say she's doing a This Morning, she's not!" bringing forth raucous laughter from both the audience and Kerry herself, who was being a good sport.
He added: "She's had a couple of teeth out today so don't be piping up or I'll have ya!"
Fans rushed to commend Kerry on her Instagram video, with one commenting: "You look amazing babes. Hope you feel better soon sweet and you absolutely smash it tonight on bb bots."
Another wrote: "Well done you get that socket sorted tomorrow," with another adding: "Aww I never comment on these things but the fact you felt you needed to say that breaks my heart."
