In an interview with a UK newspaper, the former glamour model revealed why she decided to expose her love life in her upcoming memoir ‘Close Up’.
She explained: "Oh, I've wasted so much time with stupid boys and doing stupid things, there's been so much written about me, I thought it's about time I closed the door on all those chapters.
"I've been so defined by those relationships and things that have happened, I wanted to put my point of view across. That way I can move on.”
In the book, Kelly goes into detail about her explosive off/on relationship with rugby star Danny Cipriani.
"I wanted people to understand what happened, and I'm not a victim. It's just the nature of things. If you dance with the Devil, you get burnt," Kelly said.
The 34-year-old described Danny as an attention seeker in her interview with the Daily Mail weekend magazine: "He needs constant attention from any woman at any time and if you're not going to give it to him there's a whole line of women who are ready to.
"From the attention of his own mother to his friend's mother to glamour models. It's endless. I started to think all these men are absolutely spineless."
Kelly split with Danny last year and soon found love with Celebrity Big Brother star David McIntosh.
The couple are now engaged after meeting on New Year’s Eve last year.
